Overview

Day Zero Ready (“DZR”, “we”, “us”) provides construction workforce-readiness preparation and related materials. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

Information we collect

• No online inquiry forms. Online inquiries are not available yet. The inquiry areas on this site have no input fields and do not collect, store or send personal details. To reach Day Zero Ready, visitors call by phone.
• Basic technical information. Standard web request data such as browser type, device type, referring page and general location may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
• Site usage events. We record non-identifying interaction events (for example, that a call link or the Learner Login link was selected) to understand which pages and pathways are useful.

This website does not host learner accounts. The DZR learner application is a separate product with its own sign-in. Selecting Learner Login leaves this website, and this site does not collect learner passwords or course records.

How we use information

• To respond to phone requests for program information.
• To operate, secure, maintain and improve this website.
• To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not rent or trade contact lists.
• We do not share your information with employers, unions or other organizations except as needed to fulfill a request you initiated.

Service providers

This website uses a hosting provider to deliver and secure the site. Because online inquiries are not available, no inquiry form handling or inquiry storage service is used. Where DZR later introduces payment processing, payment details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by DZR.

Data retention

This website does not store inquiry records, because it does not accept online inquiries.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for adults and for workforce-program participants of legal working age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
