What this website is

This site presents information about Day Zero Ready, a construction workforce-readiness standard, along with the DZR readiness program and the Day Zero Ready Field Guide. The DZR learner application is a separate product with its own terms. This website does not deliver coursework and does not create learner accounts.

Educational purpose and no jobsite substitution

DZR materials are preparatory and educational. They do not replace hands-on training, supervision, apprenticeship programs, employer orientation, safety training required by law, or the instructions of a competent person on an active jobsite. Always follow your employer’s policies and all applicable safety regulations. DZR is not responsible for how information is applied on a jobsite.

Readiness credential

A DZR readiness credential is issued only on approved completion of the DZR program. It reflects completion of DZR preparation and nothing more. It is not a license, not an OSHA card or OSHA certification, not a union or apprenticeship credential, not a trade license, and not a government-issued or universally recognized certification. It does not guarantee employment, placement, wages or advancement.

Acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to any system, account or data.
• Do not scrape, resell, republish or redistribute DZR content without written permission.

Intellectual property

The Day Zero Ready name, DZR mark, logos, program structure, module and mission content, Field Guide content, site copy and design are owned by Day Zero Ready and are protected by applicable law. Personal, non-commercial reference use is permitted; commercial use, organizational distribution or derivative works require a written license from DZR.

Purchases and licensing

Program purchases, Field Guide sales and organization licensing are not yet available through this website. When they become available, additional purchase terms, pricing and refund terms will be published and will apply to those transactions.

Submissions

Online inquiries are not available on this site. Contacting Day Zero Ready does not create a contract, a pilot agreement, a partnership or an enrollment. Any engagement is confirmed separately in writing.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites and applications, including the DZR learner application. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of third-party services.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day Zero Ready is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of this website or its content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the program and services develop. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
